How do I list my business on The Local List?
Click "Add Your Business" from any page, enter your ABN, and we'll pull your registered details from the Australian Business Register. You can then add photos, a description, and contact information. Free listings go live within minutes.
How does ABN verification work?
When you submit your ABN, we check it against the Australian Business Register (ABR) in real time. Your business name, registration status, and GST registration are confirmed before your listing is published. This ensures every listing on The Local List belongs to a real, registered Australian business.
What features are included?
Listing your business is free - name, address, phone, website, category, opening hours and ABN verification. A one-time A$29 Premium listing adds featured placement, a do-follow backlink, a photo gallery, social links, a customer enquiry form and analytics.
How long does it take to get a response to an enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters, mark your subject as "Urgent" in the contact form and we'll prioritise your message.
